The prevalance of headaches is unheard of. What could be worse than your head feeling like it is going to explode? The throbbing, the pounding, just make it stop!

Well let's examine the facts. Many headaches have an unknown etiology, meaning from no apparent cause. Researchers have identified many causes such as stress, alcohol, trauma, toxins, vision problems, and many many more. One cause that is rarely talked about is the condition called subluxation. This is where one or more bones in the spine is out of it's normal position. This misalignment puts pressure on the nerves that exit the sides of the bones creating interference, which leads to pain, symptoms and disease processes if it is allowed to go on for an extended period of time. Subluxation is correctable, and the only way is to see a chiropractor. There are no other health care professionals that can even tell what nerve interference is or a subluxation. Chiropractors can identify and correct this problem for you.

The major causes of subluxations are thoughts, trauma and toxins. These surround us everyday. As these subluxations persist, the internal structures and posture changes. When this is allowed to continue uncorrected the cervical nerves may become damaged. Many of these nerves control functions on the head and face. Even more of a concern is that the spinal cord runs from the brain down through the inside of the neck bones to the low back. As your posture continues to decline many headache patients experience forward head posture. Forward head posture means that your head translates forward from it's normal position. This can be seen and measured by observing someone from the side and looking at the position of the ear as compared to the shoulder. If you run a pen from the shoulder the ear should intersect it. If it is forward of the pen then this person has forward head posture. Forward head posture adds 10lbs of pressure to the lower portion of the neck where it connects to the upper back for every inch it goes forward. If you already have a 15 pound head that needs to be supported and you add more weight to it, that places a significant amount of stress on body and supporting tissues which in many cases triggers chronic headaches!

The most common treatments include medications and chiropractic care. Most people reach for the over the counter medications almost immediately. This has become an epidemic in many cases. We see patients that have literal pharmacies in their purses. This does not correct the problem it only chases away the symptoms and actually creates more problems. The most common being liver conditions and stomach problems. Many people do make their way to a chiropractors office to get relief care, and that is a great place to go. The problem is that most people use chiropractic care as a bandaid, only visiting a doctor of chiropractic when they are having a significant event.

The better option would be to get under consistent care and work on correcting the problem. Your chiropractor can put you on one of these correction plans and it does work. I do it everyday! The people that stick to the recommendations get the best results in the least amount of time for the least amount of money! Doesn't that sound like a winner? Absolutely.

So you decide, chase away the symptoms and create more symptoms, or correct the cause of the problem for good.

Words to live by

Eat well, drink well, move well, BE WELL.

Read this before you take harmful drugs

One patient's sad story from over the counter medication:
This came from daughter Jilly.. She was snizzing and couldn't stop. I told her to check the internet...

Read below.

Jo Ann

This is true, I verified:

>
> I want my friends and loved ones to know what has happened to me in hopes that it will never happen to you or anybody you care about. About 10 days ago, I felt a cold coming on; so before I went to bed I used Zicam Cold Remedy Nasal Gel.. It's supposed to help you "get over your cold faster." Immediately after I sprayed it into each nostril I felt the most horrific burning sensation imaginable. It literally felt like I had sprayed pepper spray directly into my brain. It burned all the way to the top of my skull. My nasal passages swelled, my eyes watered - the burning lasted all night long into the next day.
>
> After about a day, I realized I couldn't taste anything and I thought, "Wow - I must really have a bad cold." Then I noticed that I couldn't smell coffee brewing, couldn't smell my perfume when I put it on, couldn't smell the popcorn I burned, couldn't smell my favorite candle. I panicked and starting smelling everything that I could find that had really strong odors - ammonia, finger nail polish remover, bleach, etc.. I couldn't smell ANYTHING! I started tasting everything that had really strong tastes such as HOT salsa, raw red onions, Doritos, coffee. I couldn't taste ANYTHING!
>
> I told my mother about this and she said, "Oh, I've heard Zicam can affect your Olfactory nerve." I went online, typed in "Zicam side effects" and bam - up popped all sorts of web sites with people reporting the same thing I experienced. It seems that this past June, Zicam pulled the swabs for adults and children off the shelf but not the nasal gel.
>
> I went to my ENT and he said the Zicam had basically "FRIED" my Olfactory nerve and the results are most likely permanent. He put me on a strong dose of a steroid called Prednisone in hopes of recovering ANY bit of the nerve damage but he told me to "take this and pray." He said he had read about the side effects of Zicam and couldn't believe it is still on the shelf. It isn't FDA approved. I am taking the Prednisone and praying but nothing is happening. I LITERALLY CANNOT SMELL OR TASTE ANYTHING! I can tell if foods are hot or cold, I can tell the consistency and I can faintly detect if it is salty but that is it.
>
> PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE pass this on to everyone you care about. I don't want this to happen to ANYONE else!!!!!!!!!! And if you have Zicam in your medicine cabinet--THROW IT AWAY!
>
>
> Please share with everyone you can.
> Check it out on the link below.
>
> http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressAnnouncements/ucm167065.htm

Staying on the wagon

Do you find yourself slipping off already from your new years resolution? If you are like many people, at one time or another you’ve probably bent over to pick up something you’ve dropped and realized that it was not as easy as it once was. Maybe you’re not quite as limber as you used to be, or you have lost some range of motion.
People who stretch on a regular basis enjoy the benefits of more flexible muscles and joints, which gives them increased function.
One of the best things about stretching is that everyone can do it, and everyone should do it every day. You don’t have to be incredibly fit to stretch, nor do you have to have tons of time.
There is no excuse not to stretch. Many people do it and do not even realize they are doing it.
So when should you stretch?
Always do it in the morning right when you get up. It is also a good idea to stretch right before you go to bed. Stretch while you are watching television, at your desk or computer, or even while doing chores like making dinner or folding laundry. If you have been exercising you have a natural tendency to stretch out more frequently.
If you participate in cardiovascular or weight bearing exercises, stretch both before and after your workouts to keep muscles and joints warm, limber, and injury free. In the beginning of exercise you want to warm up large muscle groups with big body movements. You do not want to take it to the end range of your joints. This may cause an injury or strain on the muscle tissues. At the end of a workout, when your body is all warmed up you can really stretch to the limits. Especially after lifting weights when you do a lot of stretching you lengthen your muscle fibers, and this actually makes you stronger.
In addition to keeping joints and muscles in good shape, there are other benefits to stretching. Stretching enhances muscle coordination, and also increases blood circulation. Stretching also breaks up and prevents the formation of fibrous adhesions that form in the tissues. This scar tissue leads to pain and other symptoms. Stretching also increases your energy levels. Not to mention stretching just feels great!
So be kind to your muscles and joints and add stretching to your daily routine. In addition to stretching, treat your muscles and joints right by taking care of your spine. Getting chiropractic adjustments on a regular basis helps to ensure your spine is in proper alignment. When your spine is in line your body will function at its highest possible level, and that will ensure your muscles don't get tight.

For more information on this topic and other health related topics please contact our website at www.roachchiro.com

ADHD

In chiropractic we do not treat ADHD, or any dis-ease, we treat the spine and nervous system. By removing the interference in the system that controls everything in our bodies, your body can then heal itself. There are a number of things that your chiropractor can do to help eliminate things that stress a child's nervous system.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is becoming a more and more common condition that tends to emerge in children during their early school years. The most common signs of ADHD are:

• Inattention
• Disrespect
• Hyperactivity
• Impulsive Behavior
• Difficulty Concentrating
• Non cooperation

It is estimated that between 3 and 5 percent of children have ADHD - approximately 2 million children in the United States. This is being seen less common in girls than boys. Boys have a natural tendency to be more active than girls. In most cases they need more play time to burn off the extra energy, not medication to chill out.

This means that in your child’s classroom which is typically 25 to 30 children, it is likely that at least one child will be diagnosed with and be medicated for ADHD. However, because many normal children may show some of these same behaviors as well, it is important that a child receive a thorough examination and appropriate diagnosis before any treatment is considered.

It is not entirely certain what causes ADHD, but the current thought is that it is a combination of an overactive nervous system, coupled with a decrease in the brain's ability to filter out extraneous sights, sounds, thoughts and emotions. Many of these behaviors are a result of the diet. There is overconsumption of refined sugars and flours, an increased exposure to toxins, too many sugary drinks instead of water, and an overall lack of physical activity. There are a number of things that your chiropractor can do to help eliminate things that stress a child's nervous system, such as:

• Remove spinal subluxations that put pressure on the nervous system
• Suggest dietary changes
• Add organic whole food supplements
• Test for allergies that may be stressing the nervous system
• Coach the parents to choose a healthier lifestyle

The most common medical treatment is the use of the drug methylphenidate, also known as Ritalin. Ritalin is actually a stimulant drug that normally speeds up the activity of the nervous system. But for reasons that are not entirely clear, it tends to have a calming effect on those who suffer from ADHD; possibly by increasing the activity in the area of the brain responsible for filtering out extraneous sensation. The problem with taking Ritalin is that is does not do anything to resolve the cause of the ADHD, it only masks the symptoms. Continued use of Ritalin over long periods of time has also been shown to have detrimental effects on the brain itself.

It is important for parents to look at all treatment options before placing your child on Ritalin or other harmful medications. Chiropractic care is a great place to start. Not only will chiropractic adjustments remove interference in the nervous system naturally, they help to calm and balance.

Why do I need to get adjusted more than once?

Many times people come in to see me for pain relief. They are shocked when I tell them that pain is not their problem. You have pain and symptoms because there is a physiological and neurological change that has taken place in your body. This is due to a subluxation. A subluxation is when one of the bones in your spine shifts out of the normal position in relation to the other bones above and below. When this happens it pinches down on the nerves that exit the sides of the bone. This pinching produces interference in the systems that controls everything in your whole body, thus producing pain, symptoms and disease processes if it is allowed to go on for an extended period of time.
So we know this is true. If you want to make changes to internal structures it is going to take place over a period of time. It took a period of time for it to get into the position that it is currently in, so it is going to take some time to get back to where it once was. We do this by a series of adjustments, therapies, exercises, and stretching. Every time we give an adjustment we make a slight physiological change to the body. The response of the brain is to go back to the position it was just in, because that is what it is used to. So in order for us to make a structural change we must continue to make these small physiological changes on a regular basis for an extended period of time. That is how we can move bones over time and correct spinal posture. The brain and muscles need to reset with "normal".
That is why there is no "miracle adjustment", you must return on a regular basis until you reach a point of stability where you can just maintain. Then you will have optimal function, the true definition of health.

What is the deal with multi level marketing?

Did you ever wonder why there are so many multi level marketing companies? Did you ever wonder why they come and go, 3 months they are here and then they are gone and another one is out?
Well here is the deal. People come out with a synthetic isolated nutrient, or some food that nobody eats like the goji berry, or the acai berry. They package it up, mass market it, and give incentives to people to go sell it.
Why does this work? Because if you take a sick human, let's call it an American, and you put any little bit of nutrition into the system you are going to have a positive response. This is why they have all those reports and studies that say all these wonderful things. If you fed that American say an apple, or some carrots you would have the exact same response.
So most companies build it all up, sell a bunch of product and then are gone in a few months having made a bundle of money. Another thing that I have come across is the fact that many of the people that make money go out and start their own MLM company.
I know this because people try to sell it to me every day. They come in and spread the studies over my desk and think that I care. They introduce me to this guy or that. I don't buy it.
I want people to just eat good food, drink water, exercise, get plenty of rest, get their spines adjusted, and relax with friends and family. Those are the keys to health.

Where do you get your advice on YOUR health?

I often encounter people coming in and they have all these wild ideas about health and the next best thing. It is usually the case that they were searching for stuff on the internet or they went to the health food store and talked to a clerk that gave them all this great info.
Let's face it folks anyone can post anything on the internet about anything so consider the source. Is it credible. Are they educated. Did they give you references to go check. Did you check the references?
When considering taking the advice from a clerk at a health food store consider this. They usually make minumum wage, they are probably not studying nutrition, they are usually in high school or college, in most cases are actually practicing medicine without a license.
Many people get advice on health from their medical doctors. Here is a fun exercise. Go to ANY medical school website and look up the course load, look especially how many hours of training they have in nutrition. You will be shocked to find that most have 0-2 hours. AND in most cases it is an elective.
So please folks get your advice from a qualified health care professional. Anyone can sell you something and make great claims it will work. Consult someone with experience that gets results.

Your body is a biomechanical chain

Your body is a biomechanical chain. That pretty much means that everything is connected to everything and it all relies on the sum of its parts in order to do a job, and accomplish its tasks. So if there is anything that happens to go wrong in that chain, much like an auto assembly line, you are going to have some issues.
This topic always makes me think of the song you sing as kids that goes the leg bone is connected to the knee bone and the knee bone is connected to the hip bone, and so on. And in reality it is true. I am in a profession that happens to fix people who have problems in this biomechanical chain, namely the spinal bones. There are 24 moveable bones in the spine, and that movement is of the utmost importance because they house the spinal cord and nerves. Motion is life. The nervous system controls everything in the entire body, every cell tissue and organ.
Many times chiropractors get overwhelmed with taking care of the spine that they forget themselves that there may be something else that is causing the problem for the patient. All problems have a cause; most people chase the effect, or the symptom never even thinking about correcting the cause. We as chiropractors pride ourselves on finding and correcting the cause.
So as for the biomechanical chain and let’s say the high incidence of low back pain. Many people only look to the spine and pelvis. Never examining what else is down the line, like the knees, ankles, and feet. Every time a new patient enters my office we scan them for Foot Levelers, they are custom made orthotic inserts. We take a computer scan of your feet and are able to determine where your weight distribution is off, if you have fallen arches, or if you are an over pronator etc... This gives us great insight into why some of the rest of your body is compensating. Take a look at the cause and see the effects down the line. It is amazing, and easy to figure out what the problem is.
With some simple corrections the symptoms and pain go away, and never return with a little maintenance. Yes that is right you must maintain what you have done. I always find it funny when a patient who is in so much pain will come in and we will work together for months and correct their problems and then they choose not to come back in when they are feeling better. That is like you hiring a personal trainer, you work out with that person, sculpt a beautiful body and then look in the mirror and say damn I look good, and then go back to being a fat slob. What!? And it happens every day.
So for the patients reading this, it is important for you to understand that the area that hurts is more than likely not where the problem is. It is the compensation or the referred pain site. For you doctors don’t be lazy and keep adjusting the same old thing every visit. Do what you were taught to do, find it and fix it. If a patient does not respond to your care over a period of time, you are doing that patient a disservice to keep treating them getting the same or no results, and not send them out to another physician. Remember everything is connected to everything, sometimes you just need to take a step back and look and you will see things so much more clearly.

ROACH FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC

http://www.RoachChiro.com Come visit us for a consultation.

YOUR HEALTH DEPENDS ON IT!

In the best interest of your health, the health of your family, friends, and loved ones.

It seems that is all the media talks about. I even saw today how you may be thrown in jail and fined for not participating in their mandatory shot program.
Are they serious? I would not ever get a flu shot ever!
First off there is so much mercury in the shot that you can severely harm yourself from taking it. Next the virus is an old strain, which means that it is not going to come back, it constantly mutates. It gets into your cells, hyjacks your DNA and mutates. Why do these scientists think that putting an old strain into our bodies is going to ramp up antigen production and recognition of our immune system for a virus that is not going to come back ever!
They must not have paid attention in immunology class. Or a more likely scenario they work for a pharmaceutical company and make mad cash for pushing more and more drugs.
Medicine has its place but it is starting to get rediculous. You can't even watch a TV show with out being sold drugs on your couch.
If you really want to build your immune system you should do a few things:

Get adjusted! If you nervous system is functioning at a high level, then your immune system will be functioning at a higher level.
Get rest
Eat organic whole food supplements
Exercise, you have got to move. You have 2 legs use them!
Sleep 7-8 hours per night
Take Echinacea, it is proven for long term building of innate immunity
Drink plenty of water, most people on this planet are dehydrated
Get sunlight
Eat less processed food and more whole foods

DO NOT GET THE FLU SHOT!

Wondering what doctor to see?

OUR FOCUS IS ON FAMILY CARE, SPORTS MEDICINE, AND REHABILITATION, WE ALSO OFFER ALL TYPES OF THERAPY, INCLUDING MASSAGE THERAPY, CHIROPRACTIC CARE, NON SURGICAL SPINAL DECOMPRESSION USING THE DRX 9000, MANIPULATION UNDER ANESTHESIA, AND OF COURSE NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING AND MANY ORGANIC WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENTS AND HERBAL PRODUCTS.
THIS WEEK WE NEED FOLKS STRUGGLING WITH WEIGHT LOSS. Sad facts are that people are only motivated by pain. It is like the warning light on your car that is telling you that there is a problem you need to address.

The thing with pain is that it is the last thing to show up and the first thing to go away. Which is great if you only want to take care of the symptoms, but not great if you want to correct the cause of the problem.

Plain and simple medical doctors want you to be not sick, they treat the symptoms. Your chiropractor wants you to be healthy, they find and correct the cause. Would you rather be healthy or just not sick? Would you rather be pretty or just not ugly? Would you rather be smart or just not dumb? I think you get it.

So believe me when I tell you that pain is not your problem. I love people that come in for just pain relief! They come in get better, and then come back. It is a cycle that just continues. These are the people that pay my bills. Those that come in get better, keep coming but coming less often, follow reccommendations, do home care instructions, and bring their friends and family to experience what they did, get the best results, in the least amount of time and at the least amount of cost.

The choice is yours, I only tell you what you need, you make the decision on your health. But remember this Pain Is Not Your Problem!!

Do you have health?

Health is one of the most important things to people, but it seems that they don't want to do anything to get it, they want to take no steps to keep it, and they sure don't want to pay any money for it. I lecture often and ask people what are the most important things to them, always without fail money, health, and various other answers.

So I ask you that you take a step back and see if you are healthy. If you are how do you judge your health? Do you base it on how you feel? Do you judge it on pain and symptoms? Well if you do then you have a problem. Yet they brush their teeth everyday. They change the oil in their car. The change the filter in their pool, air conditioner, etc… The brain and nervous system control every single cell tissue and organ in our bodies. It is surrounded and protected by hard bones because it is so important. But at times these bones shift out of the normal position which damages the system and causes interference. Why would you fail to maintain this master control system? It even controls those teeth you brush everyday. Do yourself a favor and get your spine checked. Just because you can’t see it, don’t forget about it!
To learn more about this and many other topics consult our main site at www.roachchiro.com. If you are a man the same goes for you for your wife or significant other. What do you all have in common? While pregnancy is a beautiful thing it can become painful. It is not so bad during the first few months, but as more weight comes to the mid section it begins to strain the lower back. There is a curve in the low back called a lordotic curve. This transitions into a kyphotic mid back curve and then again turns to a lordotic curve in the neck. This is normal. When the bones of the spine move out of their normal position, it begins to put pressure on the nerves that exit the sides of the bones of the spine. This pressure creates a “nerve interference” that disrupts the normal communication of the brain out to the body and from the body out to the brain. This often results in pain, symptoms and disease processes if it is allowed to go unchecked.

During pregnancy as the abdomen gets larger it forces the lumbar curve to be more pronounced. What do you think happens? The other areas must compensate for this. The bones move out of their normal position and create nerve interference. Now this does get even worse when the abdomen drops down near the end of pregnancy. This is when most pregnant females experience “sciatica”. Sciatica is electric shock like pain that shoots from the buttocks down the leg. For those that have experienced it you know exactly what I am talking about. For those men, you have no doubt heard your partner complain about it.

What do I do? Come to a chiropractor and get yourself checked. Get myself checked? Yes get yourself checked. See if you do indeed have bones out of the normal position that need to be adjusted back to the normal position thus relieving the pressure on the nerves an allowing your body to do the healing.

Isn’t there a pill I can take? No!! If you are pregnant you want to limit exactly what you put into your body as this directly affects the baby. Pills and drugs should not be taken except in certain circumstances. This country has been conditioned to think that there is a pill for every ill and that is the answer. You need to stop, take a step back and assess the situation. Taking pills treats from the outside in. They only help to alleviate the symptoms while allowing the cause of the problem to remain unchanged. If you don’t attack the cause of the problem does it get better on its own or does it continue to get worse? It continues to get worse. This is how modern medicine works. They want you to be not sick. Medicine has its place but there is a reason that this country spends the most money on healthcare than any nation on the planet, and is still one of the sickest.

Chiropractors on the other hand want you to be healthy. Their philosophy is to treat from the inside out. They find and correct the cause of the problem. When you treat the cause it not only takes away the symptoms, it corrects the situation and prevents it from returning. Wow what a concept.

Back to sciatica. In the majority of situations the sciatic nerve becomes stretched and pinched due to misalignment of the pelvis and other bones of the spine. This pinching is what gives you the symptoms of shooting pain down the legs. The best way to correct the situation is to get the bones adjusted back to their normal position. In rare cases the sciatic nerve runs under the piriformis muscle which puts more pressure on this nerve creating this symptom. Again adjustments and stretching the short or contracted side is the best treatment. In an even more rare case the nerve grows through the belly of this very tiny muscle. In this instance misalignment or muscle tightness or spasm will affect the nerve and could create these symptoms. The best treatment is both muscular and re alignment. Although the combination will help considerably you must realize that there is really nothing else to do.

So if I get adjusted then I will be cured? Not exactly. Yes chiropractic adjustments will help the situation tremendously. The problem being that health is a process. One adjustment is not going to do it. You have to think about how long the bones have been out of the normal position. It is going to take some time to re train your body to stay in that position. This is why chiropractors have you return for often times many adjustments. If you do begin, and continue you will get results, the symptoms will leave and your health will return. This will prevent future problems from occurring.

But can’t adjusting hurt me and my baby? Absolutely not. It is actually healthy and can help you both. If the mother who is the host is functioning at her optimum potential do you think that is better for the unborn child? Yes. Remember the baby gets everything from the mother, nutrition, stress etc… So what is good for the mother is good for the baby. And did we mention also good for you too Dad.

It is documented fact that pregnant females who get regular chiropractic adjustments have less symptoms, more health, easier deliveries, healthier babies, happier husbands etc… What, how come everyone doesn’t visit a chiropractor on a regular basis? Well if you are still reading this, I am not sure. That is why I write and educate my patients.

Do yourself a favor. Make an appointment to see a chiropractor. Get your spine checked and get the spines of your family checked. I am not saying that you need care, you just need a checkup. It is a healthy thing to do.

If you want to find out more about this topic and other topics contact us directly at www.roachchiro.com or 407.647.2009 today.

What is a Primary Natural Healthcare Physician?

Primary natural healthcare physician defined:

Primary- Portal of entry, you do not need a referral to see this doctor

Natural- using natural methods of treating the body, no drugs or surgery are used

Healthcare- Health =100% function, 100% of the time. It is a special procedure that is performed on a certain type of patient. If you have tried all other types of treatment such as medicine, massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, injections, pain management, decompression, orthopedic care and others; and nothing has worked you may be a candidate. The procedure is geared towards the patient who has chronic pain, like headaches, radiating pain, fibromyalgia, low back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, or other generalized pain syndromes. Typically these are patients who have been injured like in a car accident and have disc injuries, and have been told that they need to have surgery.
This procedure is a non invasive way to treat these patients with dramatic results. In many cases MUA keeps you from going under the knife, which in most cases has an undesirable result. Back surgeries are very expensive and much higher risk.
Manipulation Under Anesthesia is done in a surgery center. You are put under a light anesthesia so there is no resistance from your body. During traditional chiropractic adjusting many times the body has muscle resistance during adjustments so it takes longer to achieve the same result. Basically the patient is on the table and two doctors work on stretching and manipulating nearly every joint and muscle in your body.
The results are amazing. I have seen patients who were a 9 or 10 of 10 with 10 being the worst go in on a Friday, and come back to the office on Monday and say they are a 0 or 1 of 10. Call our office today to see if you qualify for manipulation under anesthesia. 407.647.2009 if you want more info www.roachchiro.com

Organic Whole Food Supplements vs Synthetics

Organic whole food nutrients are created with the whole food the way that GOD intended you to have it. It is delivered just as it is in nature. This package is what is important. Synthetic supplements are isolated nutrients that are pieces or parts of whole foods that are created mostly in labs from the cheapest source possible. They are then super concentrated so you get like 500% of the daily allowance. Look at your label! Do you really need that much, NO. What it does is give you a stimulant drug like effect often times leading to a toxicity. Once it goes into your body it must be processed, so in many cases it will actually created a deficiency of other nutrients necessary for proper function of your system. Many people are actually creating more problems for themselves by taking poor quality synthetic supplements.
To learn more about this and many other topics consult our main site at www.roachchiro.com.
